Ons verhaal begint enige decennia terug.<\/p>\n

Oorspronkelijk was het wijngoed een biologisch gecertificeerd groenten- en fruitbedrijf dat door mij werd gerund. Vandaar de belangstelling voor de natuur in het algemeen en<\/strong> de overtuiging om duurzame praktijken toe te passen.<\/p>\n

Over the years, other opportunities presented themselves, causing the horticultural business to be pushed slightly into the background. But the interest remained and I would like to add an extra chapter to the horticultural process.<\/p>\n

So that extra chapter became viticulture! A craft that is strongly connected to nature and requires the necessary creativity to create a unique and strong end product.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

Na diverse opleidingen te hebben gevolgd, de nodige voorbereidingen te hebben getroffen en de plantenkeuzes te hebben gemaakt, was het dan op 01 mei 2020 eindelijk zo ver\u00a0 \u2026 de Pinot Blanc, Chardonnay, Auxerrois\u00a0 en Pinot Noir wijnstokken \u00a0(5.500 stuks) werden geplant; in 2023 kwamen daar nog 750 Pinot Noir planten bij.<\/p>\n

Op het veld heeft ieder seizoen zijn eigen werkzaamheden. Een proces dat zich ieder jaar herhaalt, van de wintersnoei tot de druivenpluk.\u00a0 Onze betrekkelijk kleine wijngaard (1,5 ha) geeft ons de kans om dit hele proces goed op te volgen, met als enig doel het kweken van een kwalitatieve goede druif.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/section>

We have invested in equipment, appliances and infrastructure to process the grapes on site and store the wine on site. After all, it is important to process the carefully grown grapes in a careful manner under your own responsibility.<\/p>\n

For the vinification, the winemaking itself, we periodically seek assistance from experienced winemakers. The practice of winemaking, especially in the early years, is a process where one wants to make as few mistakes as possible. Because people only have one chance to make wine every year!<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

We also attach great importance to sustainability. This is reflected in, among other things, weed control, which is done completely mechanically.<\/p>\n

Hedges are planted around the vineyard and a flower strip has been sown. In the green zones, nature is given the necessary freedom to stimulate bio-diversity.<\/p>\n
